Get in Touch
Have questions about AI SpendOps? We'd love to hear from you.
What happens after you get in touch
Your message goes to a real person on the product team, not a sales queue. We are a UK based team, so replies land during UK business hours, Monday to Friday.
1. A reply within one business day
You will hear back from us within one business day, usually sooner. If your question has a short answer, you get the short answer rather than a calendar link.
2. A straight answer, or an honest no
If AI SpendOps is a good fit we will say how, with specifics for your stack and providers. If it is not, we will tell you that too and point you at whatever does fit.
3. A call only if it helps
Most questions are settled over email. If a call is genuinely the faster route we will suggest one, keep it to 30 minutes, and send anything technical in writing afterwards.
What to include for a useful first conversation
None of this is required, and a one line question is always welcome. But the more of it you send, the more likely our first reply is the answer rather than a list of questions back.
- Which providers you use. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Groq, OpenRouter and so on, plus whether you call them directly or through a gateway you already run.
- Roughly what you spend today. A monthly ballpark is plenty. It tells us which plan is sensible and whether volume changes anything about the answer.
- What you need to break the spend down by. Team, product feature, environment, end customer, or all of them. This is usually the question behind the question, and it shapes how we would set your dimensions up.
- Who needs to read the numbers. Finance, engineering leadership, or both. It changes what we show you first, because the reports they need are not the same.
- Any hard constraints. Data residency, prompts that must never be stored, procurement or security review requirements, or a date you are working towards.
If you would rather try it than talk about it, you do not need to contact anyone first. Signing up is self serve, the first three months are free, and integration is a base URL change with your own provider keys.
